We already have a registration platform. Can we use beamian just for lead capture?
Yes. beamian integrates with external event and registration software. Many organizers keep their existing stack and add beamian as the interaction-capture layer with badges, beamers and the real-time lead platform.
How does the badge compare with QR code lead capture?
We offer both. beamian has a QR-based lead capture solution as well. From our own event data, the difference is usage: the badge requires no phone, no unlocking, no app, so around 98% of visitors actively interact with it. QR-based capture works, but friction means far fewer visitors actually use it. If your event only needs lead capture, we’ll recommend honestly which option fits and we can integrate either with your existing platform.
Do exhibitors need to rent scanners or bring equipment?
No. The beamer at each stand is supplied, installed and configured by beamian. Exhibitors access their leads through a browser dashboard. Most are operational in under ten minutes.
How fast is check-in, really?
