On the 19th of September, Lisbon hosted for the first time the E-commerce Experience Bootcamp, an event that marked the beginning of the six-month long global program for the promotion, training and acceleration of E-commerce in Portugal.
The program aims to gather and share knowledge about the retail ecosystem in online commerce with the participation of 20 companies, including OLX, Worten, O Boticário, Quem disse Berenice?, Science4you, Sacoor Brothers, Salsa, Delta Cafés, La Redoute, Sportzone, Knot, Pekan, Jewellery, Zumub, Planetiers, Dalifal, Prime Trading, CuboHotel, Street Surfing, Master Swiss and TNB.
The digital beamian system expedited the check-in process through a platform that validates entrances in just a few seconds and it enabled the accreditation of all participants, allowing them to print their professional identification in real time in order to attach it to their smartbadge.
The participating brands used beamers (electronic identifiers) through which visitors could share their contacts with a simple touch of their smartbadge (also an electronic identifier).
beamian thus joined this event as a technology partner, expediting the registration of 700 participants and recording hundreds of interactions between them and the companies, in an environment conducive to networking between companies and professionals.
