The partnership between beamian and Exposalão, whose goal is to increase innovation in events, has resulted in another event facilitated by the beamian solution, this time being the 10th edition of Moldplás – Hall of machines, equipment, raw materials and technology for molds and plastics, which took place at Exposalão Batalha between November 8 and 11, 2017.

This event had 200 exhibitors and over 25,000 visitors from various parts of the world. Due to the large volume of people present at this event, the beamian service was instrumental in facilitating the different processes, from event check-in to exchange of contacts and sending information/communications from companies to visitors, in a fast, easy and digital way.
There were 100 companies identified by beamers and there was a total of more than 9,000 interactions between exhibitors and visitors, culminating in a successful event.
The technologization of these processes saved time for companies and visitors, so that they could focus on the true experience of the fair, on products and services, exchanging contacts and on business opportunities, while the organizer gained agility, for example, thanks to the fast and efficient check-in.
