Everything ready before the show starts!

Candidates and companies can register easily (and at home) by filling out the online registration form, and candidates can upload their résumé and Linkedin profile. The candidates' data is associated to their smartbadge (eg: student card or other identifying object) at the check-in area to make it easier to deliver the digital résumé to any recruiter during the fair.

Landing Festival – Lisbon and Berlin

beamian is proud to be technological partner of the largest European technology employability festival, the Landing Festival, organized by Landing Jobs, two years in a row. This festival brings hundreds of job opportunities to young candidates and we have been working with them to create better experiences and interactions for candidates and recruiters.

In 2018, the  Landing Festival had an edition in Berlin, on the 14th and 15th of March, and an edition in Lisbon, on the 29th and 30th of June, and both of them once again counted on the help of the beamian -digital you technological service for events.

The beamian system implemented an electronic check-in solution that reduced wait times in queues and took away the concern with using and organizing paper résumés, delivering a “one touch” digital application solution to candidates.

Companies, in turn, benefited more quality time to meet the candidates and find young talents, avoiding the nuisance of organizing and carrying heavy stacks os paper after the event. At the end of the festival, all companies received the candidates’ CVa and contacts, implifying the recruitment process.
