PREREGISTRATION OF ALL PARTICIPANTS

Before the event starts!

All participants (brands and visitors) register online for the event so that entry to the venue is quicker and simpler. At the check-in area, visitors receive a smartbadge, which can be a smart wine glass in the case of wine tastings or a smart wristband at food tasting events, which allows them to record their gastronomic preferences throughout the event. Producers and brands get a beamer (electronic device) that saves visitors' preferences for their products.

After the event, the list of bookmarked products and shared contacts are sent to visitors and producers/brands. The visitors are given a summary of the points of sale where they can buy the selected products or even given access to an online purchase right after the event. The simplification of this process allows the participants to maximize their gastronomic experience and favor the sharing of stories and experiences about the products, without the usual worries of carrying a notebook to jot down the necessary information or even the frustration of not being able to remember the name of something they loved!

Visitors receive an email with a list of their bookmarked products, its respective brands and the option of buying the products online.

Producers and brands register online for the event by filling out their business form and the contact details they would like to make available to visitors.

02.Collection of business leads

The beamer used by producers and brands allows the collection of the preferences of each visitor, as well as their respective contacts, with the proper consent.

These data provide a source of insight into each producer/brand’s performance at the fair, enabling them to strengthen their relationships with consumers or even acquire new contacts/customers.

01. Online event creation

The organizers have the beamian platform at their disposal to start the online management of the event: creation of the event and of the registration form for visitors and producers/brands.

02. Centralized information

The platform allows the organizers to obtain a real-time overview of the data related to the physical interactions at the event (access control, number of participants, number of established interactions, etc.).

03.Event summary

The global data about the event is delivered to the organizer, thus creating an opportunity for them to evaluate the event and organize future events based on the collected data.

Adegga WineMarket Lisboa

The 2015 edition of the Adegga Wine Market was held in Lisbon at the Altis Grand Hotel and, as always, was a success, with more than 1000 visitors tasting and discovering a selection of more than 400 wines from 50 selected wine producers.

This event has always stood out by the experience it provides its participants when it comes to the tasting and the stories of the presented wines. However, in recent years – and as a result of the partnership between adegga.com and MobilityNow (the parent company of the beamian brand) -, the innovation of contactless technologies has also reached traditional national wine tastings.

This smart glass includes a chip that, when brought near a device on the table of each producer, stores the information (such as contacts and information about producers) and sends it by email to the customers.

The application of this technology in wine tastings simplified and streamlined the course of the event, complementing its relaxed atmosphere that enabled visitors to enjoy and taste the best wines the market has to offer.
