The new website presents the beamian solutions that help improve various event processes and the various editions available (i.e. the areas of beamian expertise in events, such as Job & Career Fairs, Food & Drinks Events, Music Festivals Edition, Global Fairs & Venues and Corporate & Brand Events).
It also showcases our latest digital project: the smart.beamian blog, a place designed to share content about technology and events, and that allows us to let the world know about many of the events that bet on our technology to create a bridge between the physical and digital world!

Live Interactions Mobile App
An app intended for companies/brands/recruiters.
An app that gives you a real-time view of the contacts you’ve made (collection of leads) and allows you to access the data of the people you’ve interacted with (name, email), as well as add notes/comments about participants/visitors. All data is organized and then delivered to the companies!
Payments and sessions
You can add cumulative payments to the participants’ registration form and create registrations for sessions or workshops with limited seating at your event. All data is integrated in the same platform, beamian – digital you, for a faster and more efficient management of the event.
Self-check-in
To further reduce waiting time in check-in queues, you can now opt for self-check-in kiosks that give participants more autonomy and speed up the entrance process.
